What if the products are damaged ?

Please contact us at customercare@blackista.com as soon as you have opened the package and noticed the damaged products. We will exchange the products for you.

We accept returns within 30 days if products have not been opened. Please contact us at customercare@blackista.com and we will explain the return procedure.

How much is customs duty ?

We ship from Canada and we offer customs duties and taxes to our US customers. You will not pay for it. If any problem occurs, please contact us at customercare@blackista.com and we will take care of it.

How much is shipping?

How long will it take to ship ?

Your order will arrive approximately 3-5 business days from date of purchase.

Does Blackista test on animals?

Absolutly not.

How long is the shelf life of your products?

Our hair care products are fresh products. The time that separates the moment the products are bottled and the moment you use them is minimized. They should be used within three months once opened.

How to use your products?

Our products should be shaken before use. For specific instructions for each care, please refer to the product data sheet.

How are your cosmetics fresh products?

All the vegetal oils and butters that we use in our hair cares are fresh products. We do not use chemical preservatives such as parabens in our cosmetics but a natural preservative, potassium sorbate, and in very small quantities (0.3% of the total weight). Our cosmetics are preserved for a reasonable period of time and do not lose their effects during that period.
